At General Pants, we want you to love your new gear; if you're not 100% satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are in their original condition with tags attached and proof of purchase included.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your garments in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags and hygiene stickers remain intact.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the front of your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized post office or drop box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
